Feature on Simple-Cocktails

Fresh Screwdriver
1 1/2 oz vodka
3 oz fresh orange juice
Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Orange slice garnish.

Fancy Screwdriver
1 1/2 oz vodka
3 oz fresh orange juice
1/4 oz triple sec and 2 dashes orange bitters
Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Orange slice garnish.

Mint Julep
3 oz bourbon
1/2 oz simple syrup
20 mint leaves
stir constantly in a julep cup filled with crushed ice
garnish with a mint sprig

Bennett
1.5oz gin
0.5oz lime juice
0.5oz simple syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
Shake with ice an strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
